Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Licensure to practice in the state of Connecticut (LBA)
• Comfort with the physical demands of hands‑on ABA work, including lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, kneeling/sitting/standing for extended periods, and crisis intervention procedures as outlined in a client's Behavior Intervention Plan.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and supervising local clinical team members.
• Developing and managing individualized treatment plans.
• Conducting initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.
• Reviewing session data to track and drive client progress.
• Training and empowering parents as active caregivers.
• Collaborating cross‑functionally to support client success.
• Ensuring compliance with insurance and documentation requirements.
