Recovery Advisory

The New Heights program of Catholic Charities is seeking three part-time Recovery Advisors to support a recovery-based, consumer-driven wellness and recovery center serving adults with mental health conditions.

We offer support groups, skills-building classes, and social rehabilitation activities while promoting community integration and reducing stigma. Available schedules include a 25-hour position, a 17-hour position, and a per diem position. Flexible weekday hours are available, with Saturday availability required.

• Facilitate groups and lead social rehabilitation activities.
• Comfortably engage with new people in social settings.
• Interact effectively with diverse populations.
• Complete required documentation and actively engage participants.
• Knowledge of mental health recovery programs preferred.
• Recovery Support Specialist certification welcomed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, and Publisher preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to transport members using a mid-sized SUV.
• Ability to bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply.
