- Greeting & directing guests as they enter the hotel
- Answering the phone & creating reservations
- Checking guests in and out
- Reception work including organizing files, answering emails, etc.
- Keeping the desk area tidy and presentable at all times
- Actively promoting all of the offerings at the Interlaken
- Follow procedures & communicate with other team members
- Phone & computer skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently during high volume check-ins & check-outs
- Oriented in sales & marketing to help sell the property & make reservations with ease
- Friendly and positive demeanor
