Greet and assist guests at the front desk during overnight shift;
Process guest registrations and payments, including reservations and check-ins/check-outs;
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints and escalate to management as needed;
Promote La Quinta's frequent guest program and enroll eligible guests;
Maintain lobby area and perform basic nightly server backups and daily shift reports
