Fuel Cell Energy is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, data integrity in Success Factors, HR dashboard reporting, and recruiting coordination. This role reports to the Director of Total Rewards and requires strong data accuracy and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR operations, HRIS administration, or recruiting coordination, with proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and familiarity with HR processes.
