Clinical Recruiter

We're seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team. This position will focus on attracting, engaging, and hiring top clinical talent, including Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Assistants.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruiting experience in the dental or healthcare industry who enjoys building relationships, moving quickly, and making a direct impact on an organization's growth.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical positions.
• Source and engage qualified Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Assistants through multiple recruiting channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clinical talent.
• Develop relationships with dental professionals and industry contacts.
• Attend occasional career fairs and recruiting events (approximately 1-2 per quarter).
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

• Previous recruiting experience required;
  Dental recruiting strongly preferred.
• Understanding of clinical roles and the dental hiring market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is a plus.
