Talent Acquisition Partner – 6 Month Contract

• Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies that balance business priorities, talent availability, and speed to hire.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of professional and corporate roles while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting, sourcing, and talent intelligence tools to uncover talent opportunities, inform decision-making, and enhance recruiter productivity while applying sound judgment and a human-centered approach throughout the hiring process.
• Use talent market insights, workforce trends, and competitive intelligence to help leaders make informed hiring and talent planning decisions.
• Apply sound judgment and consider diverse perspectives to assess talent beyond what technology alone can identify, ensuring high-quality hiring decisions.
• Build proactive talent communities that support both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Develop an understanding of the business, organizational priorities, and evolving talent needs.

• Five or more years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate Talent Acquisition
• Financial Services experience preferred
• Demonstrated success serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand new business priorities.
• Experience leveraging recruiting technology, talent intelligence, and analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-enabled recruiting tools and modern talent acquisition practices.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Workday, Linked In Recruiter, Phenom, or comparable recruiting technologies is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with a high degree of accountability.

Demonstrates extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools and analytics to enhance hiring outcomes. Possesses strong business acumen and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with leaders and influence talent acquisition strategies.
