Job Description
We're looking for a high-performing Onboarding Lead to join our Client Onboarding team. This person will be the quarterback of new client activations—balancing precision, client communication, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll drive successful onboarding of new buildings and sustainability data coverage, ensuring long-term client satisfaction from day one.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new client properties—from kickoff through handoff to Client Success.
- Act as a project lead and point of contact for onboarding
- Build project timelines, track progress, manage stakeholder communications, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Drive quality utility data acquisition, QA processes, and setup for ESG reporting tools such as ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and GRESB.
- Collaborate with sales, product, client success and engineering teams to ensure client expectations are met with scalable, efficient solutions.
