Summary
As an IT Project Manager, you will help guide and support a variety of IT initiatives – from enhancements to broader implementation projects. You’ll work closely with teams and stakeholders across the organization, including local, global and cross‑functional groups. This role fits someone who enjoys enabling collaboration, facilitating progress, and contributing to customer‑focused technology solutions.
What You’ll Do- Support and guide IT project activities from planning through handover, helping ensure that teams stay aligned on goals, timelines, and outcomes.
- Adapt project methodologies – whether traditional or agile – to the needs and scale of each initiative, contributing to key project deliverables and documentation.
- Work alongside functional experts, process owners, and external partners by offering structure, coordination, and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as a central contact point, helping stakeholders stay informed, addressing questions, and ensuring decisions align with business and IT strategy.
- Help translate business needs into clear technical considerations, making sure the right people are involved in shaping system architecture and solution approaches.
- Contribute to proactive risk awareness and encourage adherence to project guidelines, governance, and quality practices.
- Background in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field – or relevant professional project management experience.
- Experience contributing to or leading IT implementation or integration projects, ideally in a global or cross‑functional setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), SAP Commerce Cloud, CMS or web technologies, or a general enthusiasm for learning similar tools.
- Exposure to SAP ERP projects and ecosystem.
- SAP Variant Configuration concepts are an advantage.
- An inclusive leadership style – someone who supports, guides, and encourages teamwork across disciplines and locations.
- Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Project, or Sciforma.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Occasional travel may be part of the role (typically under 5%).

Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 – $115,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, education and experience. Belimo is a total compensation company which includes a comprehensive benefits package including a full range of medical, financial, and other competitive benefits.
