Salary: $127,500 - $145,000.
LocationHybrid from Danbury or Torrington, CT (3 days on site, 2 days remote).
OverviewWe are seeking an energetic technology specialist to join the FCE IT Team and support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. The Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst will help support and maintain the system, and lead projects that include the design and implementation of configuration changes in D365 F&O.
Responsibilities- Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to develop a D365 continuous improvement roadmap.
- Lead initiatives that deliver new functionality in support of the continuous improvement roadmap and/or emerging business needs.
- Design, configure, coordinate updates/integrations to D365 F&O module parameters, posting profiles, dimensions, workflows, security, etc., to enable new or improved functionality.
- Help coordinate D365 system updates and/or changes to peripheral systems that are systemically integrated with D365.
- Provide D365 support, root cause analysis, and implement lasting solutions.
- Partner with external resources, improving quality and throughput over time.
- Maintain system and functional documentation to facilitate future support and development efforts.
- Adhere to IT General Controls and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance requirements; support audit activities by gathering control‑related information as needed.
- Education:
College degree preferred but not mandatory. - Experience:
Minimum five years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O, or AX2012 with D365 F&O, in a manufacturing environment. - Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications of prescribed changes.
- Demonstrable understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, and Projects) as they relate to D365.
- Understanding of SOX and internal control environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, establish priorities, work independently, manage time, and deliver on commitments.
