The Senior ERP Analyst, located in Middlefield (CT), will take ownership of our ERP systems and serve as a key partner to business and corporate teams. This is a highly customer‑facing role where you will bridge business and IT—ensuring ERP capabilities align with operational needs while driving efficiency, standardization, and innovation. You will play a central role in ERP consolidation efforts, modernization initiatives, and preparing the organization for a future SAP S/4

HANA migration

Partner with Business - act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and corporate stakeholders on all ERP‑related initiatives

• Build strong cross‑functional relationships across finance, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Drive process alignment, standardization, and adoption of best practices

Own & Support the ERP Platform - manage the ERP landscape (Navision 2017, transitioning to Business Central; Sightline, Visual, Sage)

• Provide hands‑on system support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring high system availability
• Configure and enhance ERP functionality, including development in C/AL (Navision 2017)
• Support integrations and evolution toward AL in Business Central

Drive Projects & Enhancements - lead ERP initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, and break/fix improvements

• Manage and prioritize the ERP support queue and feature requests
• Drive execution of system upgrades (Navision → Business Central)
• Provide clear communication and reporting on priorities, status, and outcomes

Lead ERP Transformation - play a key role in consolidating multiple ERP systems into a single Business Unit platform

• Support data mapping, process alignment, and change management efforts
• Contribute to long‑term planning for SAP S/4
  
  HANA migration

Improve & Innovate - identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption to drive continuous improvement across workflows, reporting, and system usage

• 10+ years of ERP experience with strong functional and technical understanding
• Experience with Navision (C/AL) required;
  Business Central (AL) and SAP exposure preferred
• Proven success in a customer‑facing role partnering with business stakeholders
• Experience leading ERP enhancements, upgrades, or consolidation efforts
• Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, operations)
• Ability to balance support, development, and project delivery
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Problem solving and continuous improvement
• Proactive communication and influencing skills
• Planning and organizational skills

We offer competitive compensation, benefits, retirement (401k), and paid time off programs. Compensation and position level will be set based on experience.
