D365 Multi-System Consultant

Blue Crest is a global leader in high-volume mail production and data-driven communications technology, headquartered in Danbury, Connecticut. We operate across more than 15 countries with a field service organization of over 800 technicians. We are in active enterprise transformation, investing in new capabilities across Ecommerce, AI, OEM Services, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market restructuring.

Blue Crest is seeking a seasoned D365 consultant with deep, cross-system expertise across Customer Engagement (CRM), Field Service, and Finance & Operations. This role sits in the Transformation Office, reports to the Director of Transformation, and operates as the primary technical resource supporting a company-wide data foundation and systems governance initiative.

You will work closely with Blue Crest's existing IT Applications team, which holds critical institutional knowledge of current system architecture, customizations, and integrations. That collaboration is essential, you bring cross-system breadth and implementation methodology; they bring institutional context and operational continuity. Together, you will drive data governance, systems integration, and process improvement across Blue Crest's entire D365 environment.

This is not a staff augmentation role. We are looking for someone who brings recommendations, structure, and a proven methodology, not someone who waits for a specification to be handed to them.

• Design account hierarchies, system rules, and data ownership models
• Implement validation, deduplication, and data quality controls
• Support Microsoft Fabric as the centralized data layer
• Build governance dashboards and reporting in Power BI

• Develop Power Apps to support user workflows and data management
• Create Power Automate workflows for automation and integrations
• Design Power BI dashboards for operational and executive reporting
• Configure D365 modules to align with business requirements
• Support data migration and system enhancements

• Contribute to enterprise initiatives across Ecommerce, OEM Services, and GTM strategy
• Identify process improvements and deliver quick wins
• Document system configurations, rules, and architectural decisions
• Partner closely with IT and Transformation teams
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops across business units
• Translate business needs into technical D365 solutions
• Act as a project lead and trusted advisor, identifying holistic, cross-functional solutions across D365 and connected business systems while coordinating stakeholders, resources, and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of multi-department initiatives.

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
• Expertise across CE (CRM), Field Service, and Finance & Operations
• Experience in data governance, ERP transformation, or system migration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive system improvements
