Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum environments)
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client on all project-related matters
• Conduct regular on-site visits at the client's facility (2–3 times per week)
• Pharmaceutical and life science domain is a must

• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing complex client-facing initiatives.
• Prior experience working with Pharmaceutical and life science domain is required.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery practices.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder communication.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
• Experience managing technology, business transformation, or enterprise-level projects.
