The роли focuses on interpreting analytical data to assess fluid health, predict equipment performance, and define maintenance strategies for Data Center/Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) fluid applications. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in analytical chemistry, fluid analysis, or condition monitoring and analytical testing in DLC fluids.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze complex analytical data to determine fluid condition, degradation mechanisms, and system health.
- Identify trends to predict equipment and fluid performance and failure modes.
- Develop and apply condition-based monitoring methodologies for cooling systems.
- Translate laboratory and field data into actionable insights and risk assessments.
- Recommend actions based on analytical results and performance criteria.
- Define and recommend fluid maintenance, remediation, and replacement strategies.
- Support in establishing thresholds, limits, and decision frameworks for fluid health and usability by working with R&D Product Owner, OEM and/or end user.
- Provide final technical judgment on customer issues requiring expert evaluation.
- Communicate findings through clear, data-driven reports and presentations.
- Provide troubleshooting support and root cause analysis for customer issues.
- Engage directly with customers, OEMs, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Translate complex analytical results into practical recommendations and actions.
- Support development of predictive models and trend analysis tools for fluid monitoring.
- Collaborate with data science and R&D teams to build AI-driven diagnostic capabilities.
- Define data requirements, key parameters, and diagnostic logic for automated systems.
- Continuously improve analytics methodologies through feedback and validation.
- Serve as an expert in DLC fluids and system performance.
- Maintain deep knowledge of fluid chemistry, degradation pathways, and application conditions.
- Contribute to development of best practices, standards, and diagnostic methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Work with R&D, Quality, Sales, Operations, and customers to resolve technical issues.
- Support product development by linking field performance to formulation improvements.
- Ensure alignment between laboratory data, field performance, and customer requirements.
