The Role:

Our company is seeking a remote Innovation Training Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. Supports user adoption of Accolade by developing, delivering, and maintaining training materials for a variety of business processes.

What You’ll Do:

Creating training guides, presentations, videos, and job aids
Facilitating live and virtual training sessions
Gathering user feedback
Partnering with process owners to ensure training content remains accurate and effective

What We Seek:

Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Comfortable creating PowerPoint presentations, guides, and videos
Able to learn complex business processes and explain them simply
Detail-oriented and process-focused
Strong written communication skills
Interest in enterprise systems and digital transformation
Comfortable interacting with employees across functions and levels

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Organizational Leadership, Learning & Development / Instructional Design, or Communications majors (with strong technical aptitude) graduation

Eligibility:

Must be a currently enrolled student
Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program

Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
