Ergonomic Group is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and tech-minded Junior IT Configuration Technician to join our growing team. This is a career-launching opportunity for someone eager to gain hands‑on experience with hardware, software, networking, customer deployments, and enterprise technology solutions while learning directly from experienced engineers. You will go onsite 5 days per week to our customer locations within the Westchester, NY and Danbury, CT area.

In this role, you'll gain exposure to enterprise networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity solutions, end‑user support, and modern IT infrastructure while working alongside some of the most experienced technology professionals in the Northeast.

• Configure, install, and test desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Perform system imaging, provisioning, and deployment of end‑user devices.
• Ensure equipment is configured according to security and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues before deployment.
• Help prepare customer systems for successful rollouts and installations.

• Travel to customer locations throughout the Northeast to assist with technology deployments and installations.
• Participate in rack‑and‑stack projects, equipment moves, workstation installations, and hardware upgrades.
• Assist with structured cabling, equipment mounting, and technology setup activities.
• Work alongside experienced engineers on customer projects and technology rollouts.
• Experience firsthand how technology solutions are deployed in real business environments.

• Support the installation and configuration of operating systems, software applications, and technology solutions.
• Assist with networking equipment including switches, routers, wireless access points, and related infrastructure.
• Verify connectivity and functionality of deployed systems.
• Help maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
• Gain exposure to enterprise networking and modern infrastructure technologies.
