• Manage a busy caseload under supervision from inception through settlement or verdict.
• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials as experience grows.

• Previous personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 annually depending on experience.
• Additional Compensation: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no ceiling, with no billable hours required. Additionally, you will receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm in the future.
