Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their client's dynamic team in Hartford County Connecticut. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about providing top-notch legal support in a fast-paced environment. The Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team and ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes.
Responsibilities- Conducting thorough research and analysis of legal documents and cases.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
- Organizing and maintaining legal files and records to ensure easy accessibility.
- Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and court proceedings.
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and court officials to gather information and clarify details.
- Managing and coordinating schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of legal strategies and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
- Certification from an accredited paralegal program is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, processes, and documentation.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
