Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.
CompensationCompetitive starting salary to establish, grow, and improve this office.
Profit SharingEarn a 20% quarterly cash profit share and grow with your office’s growth.

Responsibilities and Duties- As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
- Business Development:
Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. - Referral building:
Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). - Staffing and Scheduling:
Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners. - In‑home Assessments:
Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. - Financial Management:
Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements. - Cultivating Culture:
Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.
- A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
- Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Wants to leave behind the typical structured, 8‑5 desk job.
