What You’ll Do:

Lead, train, and inspire front desk sales team
Drive membership sales, retention & studio growth
Manage daily operations and exceptional studio standards
Build strong, supportive community relationships and outreach partnerships
Coach team performance and accountability
Create a positive, motivating, fun culture
Ensure every member has a world-class experience
