Lead Director – Project Management, PCW Finance Operations

Job Description:

• Lead and execute end-to-end Finance Operations transformation initiatives by assessing structures, processes, systems, and vendor landscapes to identify inefficiencies and drive optimization, automation, and digital expansion.
• Partner cross-functionally to reduce exceptions and enhance workflow efficiency while standardizing policies, procedures, and reporting.
• Manage project delivery from planning through execution, coordinating resources, aligning stakeholders, and tracking progress, risks, and outcomes with clear communication to leadership.
• Develop data-driven recommendations, business cases, and future-state operating models, supporting change management and implementation roadmap execution.
• Build strong relationships across all levels, presenting insights, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable results.

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in finance operations or revenue cycle management
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or management consulting
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic assessments and transformation initiatives
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (including by plane)
