- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large utility-scale solar projects, including self-performed work and large field crews.
- Manage project schedules, labor forecasts, budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
- Develop and enforce safety and quality plans, including site-specific quality management programs.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, material purchasing, and supply chain coordination.
- Prepare owner billings, manage change orders, and drive cash flow performance.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule, budget, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Mentor and lead project teams while fostering strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate project closeout, warranty activities, and owner turnover.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 5–8+ years of construction project management experience, including leadership of large field teams.
- Strong understanding of utility-scale solar construction methods, sequencing, and interconnection processes.
- Experience with scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and project accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu; CMiC experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of contract administration and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (50%+) and work on remote project sites for extended durations.
