Job Description

As the Branch Manager of our client's Class 8 Truck Dealership, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dealership operations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring that sales, service, and parts departments operate efficiently and effectively. Your primary goal will be to drive profitability, improve customer satisfaction, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Service Manager, Parts Manager, or Fixed Operations Manager within the truck dealership industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Class 8 trucks and related industry trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
