Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Food Service Department and its Associates to achieve department goals;
Lead Associates to achieve department goals and ensure a positive Customer Experience;
Assist with onboarding and training of new department Associates, including interviewing, selection, and training;
Maintain safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance; monitor logs and enforce policies;
Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and overall department operations to meet sales and customer service targets
