Compensation: $145,000–$165,000 annually
+ Target 20% Annual Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across manufacturing support operations, warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, and distribution functions. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring efficient execution across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain operations, experience leading large teams through multiple levels of management, and a proven ability to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.

• Lead daily operations across warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, assembly, and distribution functions
• Manage and develop department managers, supervisors, and operational teams supporting a workforce of 200+ employees
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
• Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and material flow processes
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
• Develop budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and resource allocation strategies
• Partner with Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain leadership to achieve business objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and Lean operational excellence
• Support long‑term growth initiatives through process optimization and operational planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• 7+ years of operations leadership experience within manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or logistics environments
• Proven experience leading large teams through multiple levels of management
• Strong background in inventory control, fulfillment, logistics, and operational performance management
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems such as SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP EWM, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated success implementing Lean, continuous improvement, or KPI‑driven initiatives
• Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and strategic planning skills
