Production Leader - 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure adherence to defined production standards, methods, and guidelines.

* Oversee and manage all production operations for the assigned sub-segment or product to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

* Apply production methods, guidelines, and procedures consistently to meet KPI targets.

* Contribute to or manage the fine-scheduling and sequencing of production orders.

* Confirm or approve production orders and allocate operational resources accordingly.

* Ensure the availability and readiness of production infrastructure, including tools, maintenance services, and setup operations.

* Propose procedural or organizational changes to drive improvements in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

Your Qualifications

* Associate's degree in in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

* Several years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with prior leadership or supervisory roles preferred

* Understanding of production processes and systems, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

* Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating production teams to achieve operational goals

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that optimize production processes

* External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
