The Work You'll Be DoingIn this role, you will:
- Operate CNC mills and lathes
- Perform machine setups and tool changes
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Verify part quality using precision measuring instruments
- Make offset adjustments as needed
- Support production and continuous improvement efforts
- Work closely with fellow machinists and supervisors to maintain quality and delivery performance
- 3-Axis CNC Mills
- 4-Axis CNC Mills
- 5-Axis CNC Mills
- 2-Axis CNC Lathes
- 3-Axis CNC Lathes
- Fanuc
- Yasnac (Fanuc-Based)
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Bore Gauges
- Precision Measuring Instruments
- Aluminum
- Stainless Steel
- Alloy Steel
- Aerospace & Medical Components
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- Experience operating CNC mills or lathes
- Ability to read blueprints
- Basic understanding of G-code
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail
- GD&T knowledge
- Fanuc experience
- Multi-axis machining experience
- Aerospace, Defense, or Medical manufacturing experience
