We're seeking a driven, hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead night shift cleanroom operations in Danbury, CT. In this key leadership role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring production excellence, maintaining top-tier quality standards, and driving seamless collaboration across testing, integration, and customer support.

What You'll Lead & Achieve
+ Develop and execute production schedules that maximize efficiency and align with operational goals
+ Drive performance by resolving issues quickly, minimizing downtime, and optimizing costs
+ Ensure consistent, on-time delivery of all production targets
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance equipment reliability and process performance
+ Coordinate cross-functional support to accelerate production ramp-up and meet customer demands
+ Maintain exceptional product quality through strong processes, training, and accountability
+ Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 10-15 employees, building a culture of engagement and accountability
+ Take ownership of hiring, performance management, and employee development
+ Set clear priorities and ensure execution aligns with business objectives
+ Champion safety, compliance, and quality standards, including ISO practices
+ Drive Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to improve efficiency and eliminate waste
+ Lead continuous improvement efforts that elevate overall operations
What You Bring to the Team
+ Strong leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
+ Expertise in process improvement, troubleshooting, and production optimization
+ Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
+ Proven success managing and developing teams
+
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and production reporting
+ Excellent organizational and project management skills
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing or production setting
+ 2+ years in a leadership role with direct people management
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
+ Business or Engineering background is a plus
Work Environment & Schedule
+ Cleanroom production environment in Danbury, CT
+ Night shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
+ Rotating schedule including weekdays and alternating Saturdays
+ Fast-paced, collaborative setting with a strong focus on Lean and continuous improvement

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
