CoWorx Staffing Services a Mechanical Assembler in Danbury, CT! The Mechanical Assembler plays a vital role in supporting both Made-to-Stock and Made-to-Order production lines. This position ensures that all assembly processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with production goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Select and gather required components for production orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assemble, inspect, and package sub-assemblies and final products according to provided instructions, blueprints, production orders, and quality guidelines.
  • Perform specialized tasks and assignments that support the overall assembly workflow.
  • Install required parts and components to complete sub-assembly and final assembly orders.
  • Keep workstations, storage areas, and shared facilities clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Carry out related administrative tasks such as printing production documents, generating labels, confirming orders, and tracking progress in system software.
  • Coordinate product transportation and logistics in collaboration with the Shipping team.
  • Organize and prioritize production paperwork and pick lists based on customer delivery timelines and production urgency.

Desired Background/

Skills:

  • 2-3 years of prior assembly experience preferred.
  • Must be able to read/write in English.
  • Must be proficient in using computers and automated machinery.
  • High School Diploma, or GED.
