WhatYou’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and maintain coiling and related production equipment to meet quality and production standards while following all safety and housekeeping requirements.
- Work under the direction of the Foreman or assigned intermediary.
- Set up and operate a variety of machinery such as mandrel coiling, strip machine, wire mills, milling, serrating, cut-off, Torrington, notching, strip feed, or reel side machine; notching machines; finishing machines or punching devices.
- Maintain setups by replacing perishable tooling and keeping machines production‑ready.
- Clean, color, sort, and package inserts/parts as required.
- Inspect your own work to prescribed quality standards and correct issues immediately.
- Accurately complete required records (counts, time, and production reporting).
- Operate inspection and production reporting systems as required.
- Immediately notify supervision of problems, delays, quality concerns, or safety issues impacting production.

- Ability to follow direction, maintain machine setups, and operate equipment safely.
- Ability to accurately complete production/time records and use reporting systems.

- Ability to lift up to 35 lb throughout the day as needed for material handling and job duties.
