Lay the groundwork for quality by preparing surfaces—cleaning, sanding, and priming as required.

Achieve exact finishes by mixing and matching paints to specification.

Apply paint, varnish, and specialized coatings with spray equipment.

Verify uniformity and finish quality; fine-tune your process as needed.

Uphold a safe, orderly workspace and follow safety procedures at all times.

Partner closely with teammates to hit project targets and specifications.

Extend tool life and performance through routine equipment maintenance.

What sets you up for success

High school diploma or equivalent; additional industrial coating training is advantageous.

Demonstrated experience in industrial painting or similar finishing work.

Working knowledge of coating materials, application methods, and safety practices.

Ability to read and apply information from technical documents and blueprints.

Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to top-tier workmanship.

Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively.

Physical capability for manual tasks and lifting heavier materials.
