Clinical Triage LPN
We’re seeking a full-time Clinical Triage LPN to provide professional nursing support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As an LPN, you will administer treatments and medications, monitor patient health, and document care to ensure optimal outcomes. You’ll support providers and collaborate closely with the care team, with some travel required between their Norwalk and Ridgefield offices.
The Right Candidate:- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current CT LPN license & CPR certification
- Proficient with computers and medical software
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel between local offices (Ridgefield, Norwalk & Danbury)
- Competitive salary based on experience
- $2,000 bonus after 6 months, additional $2,000 after 1 year
