Summary
The Aortic Center Nurse Navigator is a specialized Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating the complex care of patients with aortic diseases. The Nurse Navigator coordinates multidisciplinary teams, facilitates timely appointments, educates patients and families, and removes barriers to care, acting as the primary point of patient contact to ensure a seamless continuum of care for the patient. This role reports directly to the Aortic Center Program Director.

Registered Nurse (RN) license;
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
ACLS
ExperienceAt least three years of clinical experience in critical care or cardiovascular procedures/surgery.
SkillsStrong communication and organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to lead in a multidisciplinary environment.
