CNA, Private Duty Nurse

Schedule

Full‑time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position, working weekdays. Schedule available:
Monday‑Friday or Sunday‑Thursday.

Working hours:

8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Travel to attend to patients in their homes throughout the central towns of Fairfield County, CT (Danbury, Ridgefield, and Wilton).

Provide personalized care and support to patients receiving home healthcare, assisting with health‑related tasks and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Support professional nursing and other healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care.

• Active and valid CNA certification issued by the state of Connecticut.
• Successful completion of the competency evaluation required by licensure regulations for Home Health Agencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Preferred experience in hospice and home healthcare settings.

Target pay range: $20.00 to $22.50 per hour. Final salary will be determined based on location, experience and qualification factors.

Condition of employment: candidates must submit to a pre‑employment physical/drug screen and background check, which may include fingerprinting, verification of employment, paraprofessional certifications, designations or licenses, and educational background.
