Job Overview

PRN RN Field Assessor in Danbury, CT. Complete long‑term care insurance assessments, gather claimant demographics, physician information, medication lists, evaluate functional independence, perform cognitive screening, assess ADL/IADL tasks, and document using a web application in real time.

• Conduct long‑term care insurance assessments
• Gather claimant demographics, physician information, and medication lists
• Evaluate claimant's functional level of independence and perform cognitive screening
• Assess claimant's ability to perform ADL and IADL tasks
• Use point‑of‑care web application/system for real‑time documentation

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of client demographic
• Preferred: 1+ year RN experience, ability to work independently, strong communication, writing and organizational skills

Pay varies by local labor market, education, experience, and certifications. Hourly rates range from $36.98 to $81.63 per hour for full‑time employment. This position is not eligible for benefits.
