As a Registered Nursing Supervisor at Saint John Paul II, you will play a vital role in leading a team of dedicated nurses to deliver exceptional patient care. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including orienting new hires and conducting performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality patient care and efficiency in the nursing department.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or as a charge nurse.
