Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and is looking for compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut
.

Available Shifts- Day Shifts
- Evening Shifts
- Overnight Shifts
- Weekend Shifts
- Flexible Per Diem Scheduling
- Starting at $40.00 per hour
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

- Flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- One-on-one patient assignments
- Fast, streamlined onboarding
- Ongoing clinical education and support
- Dedicated nursing and administrative support team
- Active Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Current physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year) or chest X-ray documentation, if applicable
