We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) with psychiatric experience to join our collaborative team.
This is a part-time W-2 hybrid position combining in-person and telehealth appointments.

- Focus on patient care while our team manages the administrative responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders across the lifespan
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-up
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Treat patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric conditions
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant electronic medical records
- Deliver high-quality care through both telehealth and in-person visits
- Practice independently while recognizing when collaboration or consultation is appropriate
- Active, unrestricted Connecticut APRN or Physician Assistant license
- FNPs and Physician Assistants must have prior psychiatric prescribing and medication management experience
- Active DEA registration
- Excellent psychiatric assessment and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Professional, dependable, and patient-centered
- Experience treating children and adolescents
- Experience treating adults
- Experience with ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
