Travel RN Home Health jobs at Western Connecticut Home Care in Danbury, CT let you deliver patient-centered care in a supportive community setting. You will assess patient conditions, develop care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and caregivers in their homes. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is important for accurate documentation and care coordination. To qualify, you need an active Connecticut or compact RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and recent home health nursing experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Recommended skills include strong patient assessment, care planning, critical thinking, communication, and adaptability.
Experience with OASIS documentation and EMR systems is preferred.
