Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care and effective communication.
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, clinical policies, and best practices, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Patient Care: Participate in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation, promoting a patient-centered approach and prioritizing individualized care.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and unit efficiency.
- Communication: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage with patients and families, and maintain open communication with colleagues and supervisors.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in leadership or management.
- Certifications: Current RN license, with consideration given to those with specialized certifications (e.g., CCRN, CPN).
