Position:
Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant - Per Diem Pay: $90/hr.
Per Diem Providers must be willing to float around to the following centers for their scheduled shifts:
Danbury, Fairfield, Brookfield, Stamford, Norwalk

- Education:
Bachelor's Degree required for Physician Assistants - Education:
Master's Degree required for Nurse Practitioners - Work Experience:
2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience required - Work Experience:
Minimum 18 months experience in applicable practice setting required - Work Experience:
Adult and pediatric practice experience strongly preferred - Licenses/Certifications:

Work experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Room setting - Additional

- Examining and treating patients
- Taking patients’ medical histories
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and X-rays
- Making diagnoses and prescribing medications
- Treating minor injuries that may require sutures, splints, or casting
- Recording progress notes for follow-up patients
- Educating and counseling patients
- Ordering and/or carrying out therapy with patients
- Giving vaccinations, and referring patients to additional care
