Scribner Pest & Wildlife Control is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Pest Control Tech in Danbury, CT. This full‑time position offers a starting pay of $22 per hour
, along with performance‑based pay opportunities. Employees also receive company‑provided training, tools, and vehicles

This position follows a standard,
full‑time schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
. This allows employees to enjoy a steady routine and maintain a healthy work‑life balance.

In this role, you will begin your day by preparing your company‑provided vehicle and equipment. You will travel to various locations throughout Danbury and the surrounding areas, delivering pest control and wildlife management services to both residential and commercial clients. Consistent communication with both your colleagues and customers will be essential, ensuring that all parties are informed and satisfied with the services provided.

Throughout the workday, a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to established protocols will be expected. Your efforts will directly contribute to the protection of families, properties, and the environment within our community.

A high school diploma (or equivalent) and customer service experience are preferred. Experience in a trade such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical, or an understanding of how a house is built, is a plus.
