Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer – represent Mondelēz in stores, build relationships, stock shelves, and manage displays for world-famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of store employees and work with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits per Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad/tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license for the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment; physical activities include repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs; move products from stock rooms to store floor and stock shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location:

• Schedule availability: 4 days a week and 1 weekend day required

Hourly compensation ranges from $23.44 to $25.44 based on relevant experience.
