Key Lead - Danbury Fair, Abercrombie & Fitch

Job Summary

Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience, acting as the Floor Supervisor and guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to run store operations effectively.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Work schedule varies weekly; expect at least 12–16 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak time frames.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (preferred) or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
• Retail supervisory or management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams (preferred).
• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Starting rate: $19.75 per hour.
