H&M Part Time Sales Advisor

Job Overview

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and supporting them. You’ll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with the relevant information they need for the best experience. You’ll also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience.
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.
• Promote and sell our products to customers.
• Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers.
• Share relevant information with customers based on your product and fashion knowledge.
• Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
• Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
• Provide feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other.
• Participate in onboarding, introduction processes and trainings and courses relevant to your role and future development.
• Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockrooms.
• Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual & commercial guidelines.
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
• Maintain best practice for any in-store OMNI services and in-store tech services/tools.
• Support opening and closing of the store.
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
