Role OverviewReporting to the District Manager, Store Managers are consumer‑centric, open‑minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. You will model and coach for the ultimate experience to all consumers through functions and procedures related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

- Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry (3+ years of store management experience required).
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
- Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
