As a Merchandising Colleague – also known as a Front of House Colleague – you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, inspiring in‑store experience. You will be responsible for executing merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhancing the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintaining well‑organized and shoppable displays, and ensuring that pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date.

Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact our customers’ experience. You will be a visible and welcoming presence on the floor, greeting customers with genuine hospitality and offering assistance to ensure they feel seen, supported, and valued.

Collaboration is key to this role. You will work closely with colleagues across departments to meet shared goals, support sales, and contribute to a culture of hospitality, positivity, and making every customer feel welcome by greeting them with a smile and offering your help whenever needed.

• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
• Finish strong – sharing our Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you. Collaborate with the team to tie up loose ends by reorganizing the department, restocking merchandise, and preparing the space for a successful tomorrow.
