Assistant Store Manager at Sephora responsible for store operations, client experience, and team leadership in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Support Store Operations & Client Experience by partnering with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales and profitability.
• Inspire & Empower Teams through coaching, mentorship, and fostering accountability.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent building a diverse, inclusive team aligned with Sephora values.
• Champion Continuous Learning by delivering real‑time coaching and actionable feedback.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide mentorship to support career journeys.
• Maintain client satisfaction by resolving concerns, managing loyalty programs, and creating personalized experiences.
• Ensure Operational Excellence by upholding store standards, visual merchandising, compliance with policies, and brand guidelines.
• Optimize resources and drive growth through inventory and staffing management.

• Assistant Store Management experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced retail environments.
• Strong leadership, recruiting, and business acumen.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coaching, real‑time feedback, and mentorship.
• Client‑centric and growth‑oriented with experience creating personalized client experiences.

Location: 7 Backus Ave, Suite 364, Danbury, CT 06810, United States (on‑site).

Availability: Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical requirements:

lift up to 50 lbs, bend, push, stand, walk, and work in a fragrance‑filled environment. Ability to apply products to clients.

The annual base salary ranges from $69,500.00 to $85,100.00, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Potential eligibility for bonuses.
