Location: CT-Danbury Fair (0372) – 7 Backus Ave, Suite 364, Connecticut, CT 06810, United States (US)

Hourly / Salary: $19.80 - $22.90 per hour. Pay varies by qualifications, experience and location.

Hours: Part‑time: 15–29 hours per week. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Support daily store operations, including inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency and successful promotional setups.
• Deliver exceptional client service, supporting the team in creating outstanding experiences and meeting sales goals.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture and help promote an open, empowering work environment.
• Uphold Sephora standards, following company policies and maintaining a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client‑focused environment.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Quick learner who can absorb and convey product knowledge.
• Team player with a goal‑driven mindset and strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $19.80 – $22.90 per hour; actual rate depends on qualifications and experience.
