We are now immediately hiring a Sales Representative! A base salary is included with uncapped commission and bonuses; our average earning potential for our Sales Representative is $72,000 - $130,000.

Alarm King Inc. is a local leader in the design, installation, and maintenance of comprehensive Security Systems located in Danbury, CT. Established in 1984, Alarm King, Inc. specializes in integrating systems such as burglar alarms, fire alarms, access control, intercom, and camera systems (CCTV). We excel in surveying, designing, and delivering customized security solutions backed with intelligence for every client we meet.

Our portfolio includes residential, businesses, commercial complexes, and distribution centers nationwide.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Schedule sales appointments with current and prospective customers.
  • Prepare quotes and sales agreements for potential customers.
  • Generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of business.
  • Responsible for sales plan achievement of assigned geographic area.
  • Uphold relationships with clients to ensure they remain satisfied, answer questions, and meet needs.
  • Build, hire, develop and align a high‑performing team.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing sales and related results as needed.
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Clean background check.
  • Must pass drug screening.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Sales background required; experience in security products, information technology, or cybersecurity highly desirable.
Experience and Education

High school or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Minimum 2‑3 years sales experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

Driver’s License required.

Job Type

Full‑time.

Compensation

Base salary: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience. Includes uncapped commission, bonuses, and signing bonus.

Average earning potential: $72,000 - $130,000.
